A Meeting of the membership of the Lambton Kent Middlesex Ontario Progressive Conservative Association is called for the purpose of electing an executive and board of directors to manage the affairs of the Association for the fiscal year 2010. 
 

Date:	Thursday, May 27th, 2010
Location:	Glencoe, Royal Canadian Legion, 156 McCrae Street
Time:	Registration to commence at 6:45 p.m. Registration to close at 7:15 p.m. The Meeting will commence at approximately 7:20 p.m.

To be eligible to vote at an Annual General Meeting a person must hold a valid 2010 membership for the Lambton Kent Middlesex Ontario Progressive Conservative Association proven to have been obtained before May 12th, 2010.

Identification will be required to register. Please bring with you two (2) pieces of identification that together show name, address, and signature. If appropriate, confirmation that a member has attained the age of fourteen may be required.

There will be no membership sales or renewals of 2009 memberships at the door that include the eligibility to vote at this meeting. There will be no advance or proxy voting.
